Said Javid has over 25 years in the residential remodeling business and has owned and operated his own remodeling business. Like Oswaldo there is nothing Said can not do and he is one of the most detailed oriented person you will ever meet who has very high standards. He joined INEX in 2001. Said is a INEX Stockholder
JD "Just Dog" has been hanging around with us since he was born in 2001, he is highly skilled at sniffing and can actually sleep 18 hours in a 24 hour period. We call JD our Mascot but he feels we are his Mascots. Bottom line JD is a pleasure to be around and does brighten our day. JD is not a stock holder but a very important member of the INEX family.

Dermot and Geoff did a superb job for Vivian Keller and Dan Neff! They were delighted with the quality of the work and the guys' expertise, responsiveness and reliability.
Dermot built the new wooden door jamb exactly to match the the existing metal ones. His concern for detail was pure pleasure to work with. He agreeably tackled the inevitable add-ons, and went way above and beyond to finish the job in our compressed timeframe under very difficult circumstances. (Like partial power outage and no elevator!)
Geoff was a wonderfully careful painter. He cut in perfectly straight edges even on bumpy caulked joints, and his roller strokes were satiny smooth. All with no splatters and thorough clean-up!

First, I would like to say working with INEX Construction and Chuck McDonald was truly a pleasure. When looking for someone to do my bathroom and talking with other contractors and then talking to Chuck, there was only one question. “ When can you start ? ” Chuck’s honesty and business like approach is definitely “first class”. Chuck advised me on all materials needed prior to the start of the job. When the job was started Said Javid was the project manager he arrived on time with two great craftsmen, Raúl and Jesús. All of these men were professional, with attention paid to all details. Also, all trash and debris was cleaned up after each day of work was done. Finally, my bathroom was started on September 13 and completed September 17, on time and within the budget given to me by Chuck prior to the start of the bathroom remodel. I highly recommend INEX and Chuck McDonald to do your bathroom remodel or any other projects they can do.
